FOCUS

We fight to change the mindset of deprivation to determination and success through information sharing, strategic guidance, and giving tools that will propel lives in a positive direction.

Mission

BTAM’s Mission is to provide low-income, at-risk families and at-risk children and youth, an environment that fosters and develops self-sustaining life skills for the betterment of their lives, their families, and their communities.

Vision

Our Vision is to teach families the art of self-sufficiency by giving them access to training programs and resources that will support emotional and mental healing, enhance God given talent, teach self-worth and the worth of others, and promote community involvement, leadership, and mentorship. We envision aiding participants in strategically obtaining resources for the purpose of building a foundation that will help diminish need and lack by breaking the cycle of poverty that comes from trauma, lack , depravity, and hopelessness.
